Low-Carb High-Protein Pancakes
I am currently on a get-healthy-journey and have cut out all simple sugars and white flour. I also increased my protein intake, which lead to me making eggs every morning for breakfast. It started to get boring and I really missed pancakes, therefore I started to make protein pancakes. They look just like pancakes and have become a fantastic substitute for me. I have found them to be incredibly easy to make. I hope you enjoy!
